A ceremony was held February 4, 2024, to celebrate eleven Durham residents who completed the BRIDGE program - Building, Reinventing, Improving, for Developing Great Employees and Entrepreneurs. BRIDGE is a unique partnership between HR-JM and Durham Technical Community College.
The February 2024 honorees were members of BRIDGE cohort 2. Classes ran October 2023 through December 2023. BRIDGE curriculum totals 90+ hours (6-7 weeks) of instruction and enrichment classes provided by Durham Tech. The syllabus includes a PIVOT Assessment, Working Smart, Tech Awareness and Communicating with Purpose.
